mist

It was a great start to the day. Up early and off to Keswick in the car. Walked up Latrigg taking loads of photos of the mist over Keswick and the shadows on Skiddaw. Met a photographer on the summit who said I should have been there an hour earlier (it was only 7.45)!

Returned via the old railway line with some great shots of a bridge. Home for 11 . Phoned ahead so the kettle was on :)

Loaded the photos, selected a bridge one which needed minimal editing and uploaded it to blip.

Then the problems started. The colour had changed. Checked laptop - nice. Back to blip - horrid. Tried to change photo but blip didn't like that so ended up deleting it.

Lots of shots of the inversion over Keswick have very hazy backgrounds so here is one in the other direction, I think looking towards Bassenthwaite.
