Black and White

Today has been a very black and white day.

Some things have gone well, others have not.

Like my phone. It stopped connecting or synchronising with iTunes, so being the older 2G version I decided it was time to upgrade to OS3, and jailbreak it.

But that doesn't appear to be going well, I have a suspicion it might a long night, or it might be all over for this phone.

Bugger.

EDIT: 2.5 hours later. Despite some significant scares, the upgrade appears to have worked. Yay! Sadly however I still can?t log into the Blip app.

Why jail broken? Well, this is the 1st generation phone and not supported in NZ, the only way to get it to work on the network here is to jailbreak it. Or buy a new phone ...
