Day 3 as a Non-Smoker

Well he has survived the first 3 days and he doesn't look too ill, does he??

Big Johnny done it before and stopped for nearly 9 years. The stress involved with the business, various individuals who had the wrong mental attitude and the crash in the construction industry led to a weak moment which led to him returning to his old ways.

Being an ex smoker myself I probably "nagged" more than normal but the smell is horrid..........keep it up love we don't want you to have black lungs!!
