And the madness begins.....

Both "I" and "E" had school rugby matches this morning, " E" playing for his school year for the first time, unfortunately they were "humped" by a very experienced team but it was a learning experience and they will definitely move onwards and upwards from this.
"I's" team on the other hand were the winning side taking a good scalp early in the school season, beating Wellington school.
A great evening followed as it's the Canal Festival weekend in Kirkintilloch so we wandered down with A,M,D,N and D to see Big Vern and the Shooters against the backdrop of the canal marina. The headline act were a cover band called Re Take That and well.....the less said about them the better, Big Vern should definitely have headlined.
The evening concluded with a fab fireworks display......all pretty impressive stuff.
