Waiting for a wave?

This appealing collie spends a great deal of time on the beach, preferably at the edge of the sea, barking at the waves ... a passing yacht ... the Rothesay ferry ... the occasional seal ... a seagull on the surface. He isn't the least bit interested in us, though his mistress spends quite a long time speaking to us.
