Driving away from home

"You can take a picture of the sea from the holiday cottage window" my eldest daughter suggests, when I ponder over what my blip is going to be on the day we travel from Birmingham to Cornwall.

Well, that was the plan. The planned five hour journey turned into an eight hours of rain, delays and, on the A30, the grimmest service station I've ever encountered ( serving small buckets of the weakest instant coffee imaginable and, strangely, doubling as the worlds worst DVD shop...), suffice to say that when we arrived, the much anticipated view of the sea was hidden behind a wall of watery grey rain and cloud... so this was today's only picture!
