Like it never happened...

My parents very kindly took on the challenge of cleaning the mud off my shoes - dad took a hose to them and then mum chucked them in the washing machine... you would never know to look at them that they had survived the mud mile etc!

Made it to Body Balance this morning - that had to be the hardest class I think I have ever done and I have been going to it for over 10 years! On the plus side my body is starting to hurt less so I guess I am on the mend! Doing plank on shredded elbows however was more challenging than I had expected!
