A cleavage
The word cleavage comes to mind so ... here it is.
This was encountered in the journey to buy vegetables from the Sunday market to cook for friends in the evening. I nearly posted a photo of the 'floury' potatoes which had cooked to a mash despite following advice from the grower too bring to the boil and then leave .... I left for too long. They were not going to be mash but nice rounded quick fried with garlic and chillies. Oh for waxy potatoes! A lovely evening with good friends though.
