Baking

My daughters back is still not very good and she is still in the middle of a course of treatment. She decided today was baking day and wanted to learn how to make scones. These are her efforts and they tasted delicious. She realised that they weren't very tall but will rectify that on the next bake up!!!

The weather was very sunny today but we didn't venture out for long as the traffic around her place on Carnival Day is not very good and the helicopters make such a noise as they continually fly over.

We usually try to get away this weekend!! I wonder why?
