Surprise 40th birthday portrait

This is my great and best friend Janet, who attends my art groups doing a surprise portrait of her daughter Jo, from a photo,when she was 7 years old.
She's here until she finishes it, 6 hours so far today!!!!!!
It's looking good but still some way to go, portraiture is a strange thing it's continual lost and found stages, but it's so exciting and rewarding when finally the brushes go down!!
