You should try before you decide!

We have several apple trees in our garden and whilst I love the Coxs and Golden Delicious I always avoided these Russets because they looked so tough and scabby. Last year I tried one for the first time and realised that if you peel the skin off they actually taste great. They do seem prone to the wasps more though.
