Pim
Pim van der Maden has been a full-time professional photographer for 25 years already. Besides being talented at his work he's also a warm and inspiring person to be around. So a lot of people showed up today at the opening of his photo exhibition in Emmeloord. Here he displays his latest work: portraits and landscapes shot with a large format 8x10" camera on Polaroid Impossible film material. After the shoot he transferred the emulsion to watercolor paper, polaroid liftings as he calls it. At his sessions he only shoots one image and the end result is unpredictable, so each photo is unique.
