On the other side

A three hour drive west started in fog this morning but it cleared up on the tops and the sun was mainly shining on the other side. The birthday present and cake have now been duly delivered, only five days overdue. After lunch, we walked down to the village to drop off a parcel and then back via the canal in the sunshine. Shrimp has been joined by another boat at this permanent mooring but it is still the smartest.
