My body is not entirely coping with the demands of the extra day plus all the other stuff I put it through so I plan to do nothing more strenuous than lie on the sofa and watch GBBO (oh and a couple of loads of washing, the washing up and hoovering upstairs. Hmmm). Physio's orders. Ice pack at the ready.
