Slept in this morning (10:30am) it was so nice out for a summer morning. Nice and cool. Needless to say, I did not make it out for my run until about 2pm. I went to the grocery store with my mom and sister to get food for the next week and a half because the parents are going to Seattle to visit my little brother and his wife. Ran 11 miles and was paying for it later this evening. Super sore.

My parents got into the whole "cash for clunkers" thing and turning in the '87 Audi for a 2009 Chevy Colbalt. They brought it home and I got pretty depressed going out to look at it knowing I can't drive it until at least May '10. Thanks alot Jeff Gluff for ruining my life.

Hopefully the weather will be nice tomorrow because Sara and I are planning on going biking.
