Sometimes, I try and think back as I'm writing this, as to whether Eva woke in the night for a feed or not, and I honestly cannot remember. I don't think she woke last night at all, but then she didn't wake up til 9.10 this morning, so I'm thinking, surely she must have woke in the night for her to have slept in so late? Hmmmmmm I really can't remember.

Today's pic shows Eva enjoying her kiwi and toast for breakfast. I was going to try her with Weetabix with a few drops of milk on to make it slightly soft, but we'd got no milk so she had toast for a change lol. She really seems to be getting there now re food, I even saw quite a bit of evidence in the form of kiwi seeds in a nappy today,(tmi) but fingers crossed shell be eating more soon, as oppose to just sucking food and swiping it on the floor.

Mandy came round after breakfast with some documents I need to register the kittens, and it was so lovely to see her, and for her to see the kittens before they go. She commented on how lovely and big they were, so I'm glad about that considering Nala is such a little dot. Lets just hope they start growing into their ears soon haha. She also helped me with a couple of colour and pattern queries I had while she was here.

I put Eva down for a sleep then at around 1.30, she had a good solid sleep til around 3.30 pm, when my mom, my Aunty Lynne and Anna arrived. The 4 of us had a great chinwag and catch up. We really should all get together more often. And it was lovely for them to see Eva and Eva to see them. I was telling them all about baby led weaning but don't think they're sold on the idea haha. My dad came round then while they were still here, so we really did have a good old natter and a laugh.

I did something to eat for me and Eva then at around 5pm. She had some French stick, some cheese, some cucumber and yes, some kiwi. She loves kiwi!! She got covered in it as usual so I took her straight up for her bath after and got her into her baby grow ready for bed.

Eva usually has a nap around 5pm but didn't today, so I think this had a knock on effect at bedtime, as she was particularly difficult to settle down to sleep, bless her. She had about half an hour at around 7pm, but then woke up and wouldn't go back to sleep til gone 10 o clock. So I think she was overtired in the end. I just rubbed some bonjela on her gums, lay her in bed with me, snuggled under the covers, and fed her for 10 minutes, and she was soon zonked out. That was 50 minutes ago and so far so good xxxxx
