Rodents rule

Standing tall

The Thames path was busy on the walk from the office to Blackfriars. Tourist, a party on a boat, two people fishing and plenty of joggers. It was these plants that caught my eye. The sun picked them out in colours that defined the day. This morning it felt autumnal, but the misty start cleared into a sunny afternoon and early evening.

We're all set for the West Norwood FEAST this Sunday. At the hub I volunteer at, Retro Village, Rosebery's Auction House are open for valuations to coincide with Lambeth Local History Month. I have a few curios that I want to know more about so I'm going to take them along. There's also a guided walk around West Norwood, which promises to be very interesting indeed AND one of Retro Village's stall holders is opening his book and record cafe this Saturday. Metamono (one of whom is another Retro stall holder) and West Norwood Cassette Library, who lives close to Retro, are both playing at the shop. It's a weekend to stay local. How very exciting!
