Coughin'

Didn't risk a swim in the soft, warm sea
With snorkelling Mr and Miss PP.
But, in need of a rest
To mend my chest,
A warm sunny beach was the place to be.

So am I better?
Has my cough been shipped?
I'm blipped if it has -
You can see I am blipped!

Mr PP took this one unbeknownst to me ... and it shows I had a gull keeping me company. But, best of all, our local dolphin appeared - it bobbed in and out of the water for quite a while, socialising with people who'd jumped in from their boat, and who were carrying friendly bribery in the form of fish. My little inflatable rowing-boat came within 20 yards of the beautiful creature.

PS Thanks to all who've sent their best wishes and kind words re my horrible cough (whose one-week birthday it is today, and which is showing no signs of improvement, despite my guzzling Benylin). I'm sorry I've not responded individually, but can't sit at desk long ... I wish our National Health Service issued magic wands to doctors; then it'd be worth a visit ...
