autumn has come ?

Does this look like autumn?
It does... summer is gone.
Well, soon its September, Syyskuu (direct translation in English: Autumn month), so it must be by calendar also.

This one has taken around 7:00 am. Temperature was +8C. Very moist and misty again.

Today my muscles still aches, but I'm getting use to it or its easyer already.
I was wrong about gym class of today, it was Body Pump instead Kettle Ball. Well, I took your wise advise and took small weights. It was actually nice exercise.
I'm hoping to build slowly some muscles under my skin.
Rest of week only low heart rate, long walks... phiuh! ;D
