Working in Aberdeen today on a couple of different sites with clients working out issues all day!

Didn't get home till near 8pm and L was just getting her bedtime story from MrsT.

A kiss and cuddle then felt the urge for a quick 8k run round the Murieston trail.

Back home for a quick shower then some dinner!
