"Food"

It's almost been a year since I had surgery to break my jaw and realign it as part of my orthodontic treatment which means that the milestone has arrived!!!!

STEAK!!!!!!

I had been warned to be careful when it came to steak and preferably should wait 1 year before attempting to eat one. So, all but 7 days short of the actual year, mum and dad treated me to my first steak! They even let me have a fillet steak so I could really enjoy it! And what better place for this event than The Horseshoe/Saddlers restaurant in Enniskillen! Highly recommended - their food is amazing, and the steaks are just so so good!! :)

I did take a picture of my meal but I managed to blur it with my excitement but it came with all the trimmings and I think it tasted even better because I'd been deprived of it for so long!

Good things really do come to those who wait!
