Tomorrow is eldest's birthday and he'll have a whole pile of pressies to rip open and play with. Speaking of which...

I went to Home Bargains yesterday and asked one of the shop assistants the price of a box of Lego. Away he went to find out. "£23.99" he said on his return and then he shook the box and whispered to me "But to be honest, it sounds broken".

Other than wanting to laugh, I felt quite sad that he obviously never had the pleasure of Lego when he was growing up :-(
