New GoPro 3 Black

After A LOT of deliberation I finally cracked and got the GoPro so I can take pictures like this . All I need to do is get to the top of Everest

Now have my head buried in manuals, software updates, wifi remotes, iPhone Apps. I need a GoPro PhD to get this thing sorted
