Purple Abstract

Painted this at my art group last night.... it defies description really, but I guess that's the essence of what and an abstract is. So make of it what you will.

Looking at the photo and the painting side by side, it definitely looks better in the flesh as you can see the expression in the paint marks. So not sure if this one is going into the exhibition or not, but I think it would look Ok in a nice white chunky frame.
