Actually Steve is a nice and helpful guy. He even let me take his picture. The little smile is because I didn't stop at one.

I told Steve today's challenge topic is 'Shocking' and I knew he wouldn't let me down.
The price he quoted me for four new tires is staggering. I had added 50% to the price I paid last time. Well, double that! Yes, the price of tires has gone up 100% in 40,000 miles. Shocking, eh?

But rainy season is on its way, and my treads are not up to the job.
