Lavington Common Sunrise

After a total failure to get up early yesterday I was able to get on the road at 5am today and get to Lavington Common near Arundel before sunfise. Initially I thought the morning was going to be disappointing as there was very little mist and nothing in the sky. As the sun rose however, the mist started to build up. I would have stayed there for another hour or so if I could but I had to get home so I headed back to the car park. As I was almost off the common I turned back to see the sun risind up behind a tree throwing rays through the mist so I dived into my camera bag to set up and managed to get this shot.
