The dreaded work diary

Home now (22:30) after 10hours of work today- did come home for 2.5hrs in the afternoon.

This is my work diary- it tells me where I have to go, what patients i have seen etc. I also record my mileage and extra hours worked in it. They have to be kept as evidence for 6 (or is it 7?) years.

Only I would be able to make any sense out of its contents!

It is also stuffed full of other useful community nursey things- like street maps and phone numbers.

I would literally be lost without it!
