Went down town to see the new Art Installation being unveiled after work.
Very Avante Garde for Aberdeen.
Who says Aberdeen isn’t a City of Culture!
I have never seen Christo’s and Jean-Claude’s work in the flesh before
But what a great location for it,
directly opposite the Council headquarters.
Looked all over for the great double act but not to be seen.

It creates a beautiful contrast to the elegant Gothic façade of Marischal College
and the Mither Kirk in the opposite direction.
A truly Transformational Project for the City Centre
Something quite symbolic about parceling up the old Council offices.
