Hiking in Vernon

We went for a hike in the hills in Vernon in the Okanagan. This is our friend Bruno and his daughter Lisa. It's hard to believe that Bruno will soon be 70 - he sets a blistering pace on hikes. We've done a lot of hiking with him in the Rockies. At the end of a typical hike (let's say 15-20 k), we'd set up camp then Bruno would be off running up the mountain for another few ks. We'd be bagged.
I'd like to be in as good shape as he is when I'm 70. Actually, I'd like to be in as good shape right now! I have a few years to go to 70, so maybe I should set that as a goal.
