A visit to The Meanwhile, in Grand Rapids, a good local watering hole for Michigan microbrews. Research for me and my brewing partner.

This one is an Oddsides Pineapple IPA, made in Grand Haven, MI. If you know it has pineapple in it, you can taste it, but its subtle. Familiar IPA bitterness and hop aroma. Not bad. Also has a Founders IPA, a session beer low on alcohol but rich in aroma. Not quite enough body or bitterness. I could drink nothing but pale ales, IPAs, and ESBs when it comes to beer.
