White Cornflake Cakes

I thought I would try a wee experiment and bake cornflake cakes using white baking chocolate rather than milk chocolate. I also sprinkled hundreds & thousands for decoration. They turned out fine the only disappointment was I only managed to bake 7. Sometimes at a push I've baked up to 15.
