Dr. Mime, Take 2

Unsure that enough people are seeing his Internet warnings and convinced that NASA has been altering his images of jets spewing ChemTrails over his property in Northern Minnesota, Dr. Mime has erected a billboard in his yard to warn those passing by.

He uses his substantial mind in ways far different than most of us but surely he is passionate about his convictions.
