Look out for a couple of back blips on Sunday...We are spending two nights at Cartmel in the South Lakes...On Saturday we hope to walk across Morecambe Bay ( with about 300 other people and a guide! Tam and Jim are joining us too! The walk is about 9 miles long, and goes from Hest Bank across to Grange over Sands!The water will be up to our thighs in places.
