Best laid plans of mice and men.....

Life can change in an instant..
There we were watching "Midsummers Murders" on TV,when I suddenly noticed my patient was not at all well..calls to doctors, an ambulance that would not transport us to the private hospital ( Africa is not that bad after all !)
Long story short, she is now thankfully stable in ICU, but all our plans to Kentucky and Israel are cancelled.. Good news is that my patient is getting better. Time to get some sleep.
