Stuffed mushrooms (2 with stilton, 1 with camembert covered in mushroom garlic breadcrumbs) on a mushroom risotto. The mushrooms are sooo nice! Must make again soon for mike too! He went off to Berlin today til Sunday. So a weekend of me time!
