Pancakes and Jam

First day back after a holiday is always a bit hectic. Today was no exception. Got up early and went to the gym. When I came back I made pancakes ( Scottish, shown, and crepe style) for breakfast, as requested by the boys. Did several loads of washing and cut the grass. Phew! Now to put away all the clean , dry clothes, think I'll leave the ironing till tomorrow .
