Stirring Stuff

She loves helping to cook. This is a future chicken and ham pie. Mmmmm.

Training today - a short 3.65km run with some 30 second 'pick-ups' (ie; short bursts when you run quicker). 19.00 all together, which is about my normal pace even though I was deliberately running a bit slower for most of the run.

Rest day tomorrow, quick ride/very short run on Saturday morning before the race on Sunday. Starting to get a bit nervous...
