Birthday Cake

Mum made me a wheat free birthday cake for tomorrow. It's the first time she has tried wheat free either I've gone without or had a bought one. A bit crumbly but it tastes yum. You have to sample the crumbled off bits! Not bad for an eighty one year old! I don't think it's going to help the diet at least weigh in is tomorrow morning and then enjoy the rest of my day and worry about the consequences on Saturday.
