Feeling shattered but pleasantly stuffed lol

Another whirlwind day at work followed by a tough circuits and a great run (conquered a mountain hill tonight, great feeling!)

Tea was apple and blackberry crumble thanks to my mates extremely kind mum.....delicious! She even sent me home with a carton of custard :)
