Immature Red-Shouldered Hawk?

A friend called this evening to tell me a hawk was eating dinner in her yard. I went right over and got a couple of good pictures~ I think it is an immature Red-shouldered Hawk.

If anyone can help give me a positive ID, I would appreciate it.
