Sitting Watching the World Go By

My son told me about a new app yesterday, MapMyWalk. He said that it inspires him to walk more. I knew I needed a lot of inspiration to walk.

I don't have plans to walk great distances, like him. I don't want to walk all the streets in the town that I live in, unlike him, wanting to walk every street in Toronto.

I still believe that it will get me up and walking.

Like today...

On my walk, I took a few pictures, but nothing really bounced out at me, until I saw these two blue chairs. I couldn't help but stop. I was so tempted to rest on one of the chairs to find out what one would see when sitting on their seat.

These two simple chairs looked like they belonged together and sharing their views, watching cars, trucks driving by and people like me walking by.

I wondered if they ever noticed anyone taking their picture.
