Still learning my macro
I took 5 minutes out of work today and shot a range of Fstops of a hibiscus.
I hated them all.
As As I was packing up for the day I thought I'd try again. It was cloudy, the light was poor, and I wasnt' feeling any love. On my way back inside I saw the mini garden my mom planted at the entrance to greet the patients. I have no idea what these little white ones are, but I thought I'd just get a few closeups.
In focusing I suddenly remembered why i DO like this 105mm macro: Ants! it's bigger in LARGE . the whole flower bunch is the size of a Lincoln Penny, and the ants were no bigger than the date on the front. Handheld, in poor light... But still, I'm happy with it.
