They do spoil him.....

It's Tim our administrator at work's (office manager) birthday and the girls have had this cake made for him. The majority of the nurses are 40 plus and its quite funny watching them mother him 'Timmy would you like a cup of tea' or 'Timmy have you had your dinner'! Of course like any young man you would absolutely lap it up, which I can assure you Tim does.

On a serious note, he's an absolute darling who helps me out massively running our wonderful service. Happy Birthday cakey!
