Tall Ships Festival and Fireworks

More fireworks! Day two of the Tall Ships Festival and fireworks, so I dashed under the foot tunnel to the other side of the Thames to watch the tall ships sail along at 9.15 p.m. The fireworks were firing off a boat so I tried to get some photos with the Royal Naval College in the background. There was quite a crowd on both sides of the river and a lot of people were saying the same thing as me, that they didn't know anything about the festival until they'd heard the fireworks last night.

I spent most of the time taking as many photos as I could (probably with a cross, frowning face because they were so bad!) and not really concentrating on enjoying the display/ships. There are more ships/fireworks tonight at the same time though, so I might go along there again and watch them properly as the tall ships looked wonderful sailing by.
