Coll

I liked these cormorants with the Islands of Muck and Eigg, with its distinctive hill, in the background. We were at Eilean Mor near the Cairns of Coll at the north end of the island. We were hoping to see basking sharks which are often sighted in these waters but will have to return to achieve this ambition. We were lucky enough to see some Minke whales but I was not quick enough with the camera on this occasion.
