More attractive than useful

The footbridge above the rubber dam at the Western end of Tempe Town Lake. It's behind the Center for the Arts, so I guess it had to be architecturally interesting but, in a region where the car is king, footbridges don't see much traffic. This one links the walking trails on the embankments. Did I mention it's pretty?
