Peaches

You might remember the hare nibbled tree with the pink flowers. It seems that it's a peach tree, although the peaches seem rather apricot sized. I was amazed to find that there were so many and they are ripe enough to be edible and quite good. We are going to make some chutney with them, if we don't eat them first. There is a bumper plum harvest this year too.

I spotted the neighbours all out as a family collecting stones from their fields while trying to fix the old Fiat with uncle Romek. I managed to get a replacement part for the fuel pump but we broke it again. Never mind. We will have to try again another day. At least it does function as a pump.
