A pudding to share

While C is washing down the caravan I am preparing supper. We are in Swanage again hoping to catch a glimpse of the Bournemouth Air Show.
Here is a yum recipe if you want to give it a go:
Take a few unripe nectarines and slice up. Add a large slug or two of elderflower cordial- undiluted. Add a tablespoon of honey and gently cook on top of the oven in a saucepan.
Leave to cool and pour over ice cream, on meringue nests with cream, yogurt or creme fraiche. Easy peasy.
