Flowering Chives

Just a simple subject? After seeing my garden shot yesterday I suppose you realized I enjoyed my gardening?Most things have done well this year and the Chives especially!

The DOF was achieved by the way,by using Sigma 150-500 @ 500mm,wide open @ f6.3 at its minimum focusing distance of 2.2 mts.8 feet.
Not exactly what the lens is designed for??
