Not entirely happy with the clarity of this but, having stupidly taken the camera out with no memory card in, I had to choose something at home!

Midday seems to be my dizzy spell time, today I didn't fall over though, I was sitting behind the till in the charity shop so just remained still where I was for a few minutes unusually grateful of no customers!

It doesn't matter if I've eaten or drunk, what I've eaten or drunk or when I've eaten or drunk, between half 11 and half 12 some level of wooziness usually strikes. Isn't that the strangest thing?!

Other than that not a bad day :)
